- Participation in the National Book & Trade Fair is open to all book publishers, manufacturers of info products, educational materials, career and educational institutions, Computer centers and related organizations.
- Once the booking is made the advance amount will not be refunded.
- The amount is required to be paid either by cash or by crossed bank draft in favour of “National Book & Trade Fair”, Payable at Bhubaneswar.
- The stall charges are fixed and request for concession will not be entertained on any ground.
- National Book & Trade Fair reserves the right of allotment of stalls.
- The fair will remain open for public from 2p.m to 9p.m
- Participants shall issue Cash Memo/Bill to the customers for every purchase. Any material without such authentic document will not be allowed to be taken out of the fair.
- Participants will not be allowed to display or sell any contraband product, book or any other item forbidden by law.
- Participants shall arrange boarding and lodging at their cost. However, arrangement for accommodation can be made if requested at 15 days in advance on full payment.
- National Book & Trade Fair reserves the right to postpone, alter or cancel the fair. In case the event is cancelled before its commencement, the advance will be refunded. But the advance will be refunded in case of postponement.
- National Book &Trade Fair will not be responsible for any inconvenience/loss/damage caused by natural calamities or any such situation beyond its control.
- Any dispute shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar Court only.
